Our bagels are made with a high protein flour. They do not contain any fat, oil, eggs or dairy - with the exception of bagels that have cheese on or in them (jalapeno cheddar, asiago, garlic parm, onion swiss). Our bagels contain no preservatives. Our bagels have a total of approx. 350 calories each (excluding the cheese and fruit). They also contain approx. 48 grams of carbohydrates.

CINNAMON RAISIN
A perfect blend of raisin and cinnamon, swirled to perfection. A crowd favorite: It also makes for wonderful bread pudding.

ASIAGO
This bagel speaks for itself. It is one of everyone’s all time favorite bagels. It is a plain bagel with Asiago (pronounced “Ah-z-ah-go”) baked on top. Asiago is a mild goat cheese, similar in taste and texture to parmesan cheese. This bagel truly goes with everything!

BLUEBERRY BAGEL
This tasty bagel is made with dried blueberries from Maine. It has a lot of flavor, but it isn’t too sweet. Try it with our Mountain Berry cream cheese spread. Many people even like their Breakfast Bagels on a blueberry bagel!

BROADWAY
Our signature bagel: a plain bagels topped with oodles of our special seed blend of sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic, and pretzel salt. The Broadway is one of our all-time best sellers. This bagel goes with absolutely everything. You can’t beat it when you use it to make a breakfast sandwich.

ONION SWISS
You can’t go wrong with this crowd favorite. A plain bagel baked with onion and grated Swiss cheese on top. Many people like this bagel simply toasted and buttered. Of course, it is a star with any sandwich.

Exactly as it sounds – a plain bagel with onion flakes baked on top.

POPPYSEED
Our finest plain bagel coasted on tope and bottom with poppy seeds. A yummy bagel that is a good background for anything!

SALT
You really need to try this one. A Plain bagel baked with a pretzel salt topping. Dip it in mustard and it is better than any pretzels! Of course, it is wonderful as a sandwich or topped with one of our homemade cream cheese spreads. Ask for a sample next time you are in our shop – you will be glad you tried it! It is extra yummy when topped with our homemade lox cream cheese spread.

SPINACH HERB
A delicious favorite, made with chopped spinach and our own special herb blend. This bagel has a subtle flavor that goes well with any sandwich. It is especially great when topped with our homemade hummus.

SNICKERDOODLE
A cinnamon and raisin bagel with a sugar crust baked on top -- yummy! A sweet delight for any time of the day.

SESAME SEED
Our wonderful plain bagel, rolled in toasted white sesame seeds. The seeds give the bagel almost a mild nutty flavor and texture.

GARLIC PARMESAN
A plain bagel with garlic and grated parmesan cheese baked on top. Try it topped with our homemade artichoke and parmesan cream cheese spread.

JALAPEÑO CHEDDAR
This bagel has real cheddar cheese mixed in the dough, along with sliced jalapeños. It has a little “zing” to it and is great with our chipotle cream cheese spread. It is also fantastic as a fiesta breakfast bagel sandwich (and topped with pepper jack cheese, of course!)

CRANBERRY
Our classic plain dough recipe with the finest dried cranberries mixed inside. This one is also one of our best sellers.

GARLIC
Exactly as it sounds – a plain bagel with garlic baked on top.

PIZZAGLE
The Pizzagle bagel is a plain bagel dipped in marinara sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and then baked to perfection. It's great as a sandwich or by itself! Try it with our sun-dried tomato cream cheese....mmmmmmm!!

PLAIN
What can we say? It is still our number one best selling bagel. We use the best unbleached, high-gluten flour freshly milled from Montana wheat. We always use our own personal recipe: no preservatives, no dairy, no oil – just good food!

MULTIGRAIN
A wonderful bagel with a perfect combination of ingredients that give it a unique texture and taste. This health bagel includes cracked wheat, steel cut oats, yellow polenta, rolled barley, millet, rice bran, wheat germ , flaxseed, sunflower seeds, rolled wheat, and rolled rye.
