We Make Our Bagels Fresh Daily!
In-House Made • Never Frozen
Our bagels are made with a high protein flour. They do not contain any fat, oil, eggs, or dairy product - with the exception of bagels that have cheese in or on them (Jalapeno Cheddar, Asaigo, Garlic Parmesan, Onion Swiss). Our bagels contain no preservatives.

1. Dough is prepared from scratch on site.
Appropriate ingredients are placed in 350-lb. capacity commercial
mixer.

2. Dough is then placed on a table and cut into strips.

3. The dough strips are placed in a cutter/divider and bagel forming machine.Once they are formed and coming off the conveyor belt, the bagels are placed (by hand) onto boards that are sprinkled with
cornmeal. Each board holds thirty bagels. As boards are filled with bagels, they are put in racks.
4. When bagels are ready to be baked, the bagel rack is then placed in a revolving oven where bagels are baked for approx. 18-23 minutes at 420 degrees.
At the start of the baking process, the bagels are steamed for 25-30 seconds to give them a shiny crust.
